And to Build lasting friendships and support networks.

The Advantages to Participants are professional and personal growth, a wider network of connections within the community, and development or expansion of leadership skills.  To the Organizations are enhanced community relations, new marketing opportunities, support of employee civic responsibilities and employee development.  To the Community are involved, informed citizens who are skilled and responsive leaders.

The Commitment is to an eight-month program.  The sessions run from 8:30am - 4:00pm one day per month from October through May.  The class meets the second Tuesday of the month.
Your full participation in each session is absolutely critical.
