The Community Profile &
Membership Directory has an annual distribution of 10,000 copies.
This directory is distributed to all Chamber Members. The
directory provides valuable information, stats and history of Canby as
well as a useful membership directory in which members receive a free
categorical listing in two sections. Advertising is available at
an additional expense. |

Luncheon events
throughout the year bring members together to hear business and
government officials speak on interesting and informative issues. The
Luncheons are held at various banquet facilities throughout Canby.

|
Chamber members want to
develop new business contacts and prospects, so the Chamber supports
this great networking venue. Members gather at Business After
Hours and relax in an informal setting while enjoying light appetizers
from local restaurants, stores or caterers. BAH provides unlimited
opportunities to foster business relationships. If you are
interested in having a Business After Hours, please contact the
Chamber office to schedule your date and time. |

| Chamber Newsletter |
|
The monthly Chamber
newsletter, Business Informer, is currently mailed to chamber members,
reaching over 400
area businesses. It provides information on chamber activities,
new member highlights, community issues and topics of interest to the business sector. Limited
advertising opportunities are available, inquire with the
Chamber office. |

| Groundbreakings/Ribbon Cuttings/Grand Openings |
| The Chamber stands
ready to assist members with groundbreakings or grand opening
celebrations by providing a ribbon cutting ceremony for new or newly
expanded businesses. Photographs and press releases are distributed to
the local media and published in the Chamber's newsletter. If you would
like the Chamber to assist your business with one of the above
mentioned, please contact us. |

| Consider the
Chamber as your extended
marketing team. The numerous daily requests for information on products,
services or vendors are referred exclusively to Chamber members.
You may drop off brochures to be displayed on our brochure rack during
business hours. |

| Business Highlight |
| Business Highlight began
in 2006 and allows another form of advertising your services to the
whole Canby community through a 20-minute question and answer interview with a Chamber Board Member
and yourself on OCTS - Canby's only local access television channel.
Airing times and dates vary throughout the month. Participants are
chosen from a drawing of business cards from those in attendance at each
monthly chamber luncheon. |

| Listings of the
membership are available on a disk or as mailing labels. Inquire with
any Chamber office staff for your copy. |

| Membership Plaques |
| Complimentary with your
membership. These plaques let the consumer know that you care about the
future of Canby's businesses, community and education. Your plaque
is distributed to you at the luncheon following your completed
membership application process. |
